Some things
are worth keeping.
Not everything valuable can be measured by rarity. Some things derive their value from the time they carry, the knowledge they preserve, and the hands that shape them.
NOONN was founded on a simple conviction: exceptional craftsmanship is cultural heritage worth preserving.
In the name. Noon means salt in Kashmiri. A material long associated with preservation, it informs the care with which we approach the textiles and traditions we present.
The craft

The art of making
Time is woven
into every detail.
Across Kashmir, textile knowledge has been refined and passed between generations. The beauty of a piece lives not only in its pattern, but in the skill, attention and time behind it.
We believe these traditions deserve to be understood, respected and encountered beyond the language of trends.
Kashmir and Europe
Across continents, across centuries
The object travelled.
The knowledge remained.
By the turn of the nineteenth century, Kashmir shawls had become objects of fascination in European fashion and courtly life. Their journey shaped tastes, silhouettes and textile design far beyond Kashmir.
NOONN continues this conversation from Amsterdam, with its attention firmly on the artistry and origins of the textiles themselves.
